When will I receive my invoice?

It depends on your rate when you receive your invoice. Below, you’ll find how it works for the Occasional rate and our other rates.

Have you received your invoice? Then we will debit the amount from your account within one to four working days, or refund you if needed. You’ll also find this timeframe on your invoice.

You’ll receive your invoice the day after your trip.
So, if your booking ends on Tuesday, you’ll receive your invoice on Wednesday.

If there are any extra costs, we'll notify you by email first. Your invoice will follow within three working days.
