You can find your account number on your invoice. It is listed as ‘debiteurnummer’. This is because, financially, you are a debtor of Greenwheels.
Your account number is also shown in the app:
Click the icon with your initial in the top right corner and go to ‘Account details’, then ‘Personal details’. You’ll find your account number there.
On the website, you can find your account number under your Account details.
Customers via NS Business Card, Shuttel, Reisbalans, Gaiyo and Figo are only debtors at Greenwheels and not customers, as the payment is handled by a third party.
