Are you leaving us? We’re sorry to hear that! But did you know you can also switch to the Occasional rate? That way, you don’t pay any fixed monthly costs and you can still book a Greenwheels car whenever it suits you.
If you’d prefer to say goodbye, you can cancel your rate via the app or the website. Just follow the steps below. You’ll then receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Via the app:
Make sure you’re logged in to the app.
Go to your account by clicking the icon with your initial in the top right corner.
Go to ‘Account details’ and choose ‘Delete account’.
Click ‘Delete account’ at the bottom left.
Via the website:
Make sure you’re logged in to the website.
Go to your Account details by clicking your name or the icon with your initial in the top right corner.
Select ‘Rate’ from the menu on the left.
Click the three dots next to your rate.
Choose ‘Cancel & delete account’.
