How do I change or cancel a booking?

You can easily change or cancel your booking in the app or via the website.

Change your booking in the app:

  • Tap the trip you want to change or cancel at the bottom of the screen.

  • Select ‘Cancel booking' or adjust your times via ‘Change time’. Has your trip already started? Then you can tap ‘Extend’.

  • Confirm your change or cancellation.

On the website, you can change or cancel your bookings under ‘My trips'.

Good to know:

Extending your booking is always free. It’s not possible if another Greenwheels driver has booked the car straight after you.

Cancel your booking within 15 minutes of making it? Then it’s always free, even if your trip has already started.

Per rate:

With the Regular and Frequent rate, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to the start time of your trip.

With the Occasional rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, you’ll be charged for the time the car was booked.
