Can I return the car later?

Running a bit late?

Try extending your booking for free in the app:

  • Tap your trip at the bottom of the screen.

  • Select ‘Extend’.

  • Set a new end time.

Does the app show that extending isn’t possible? Then the car has already been booked by someone else. In that case, please return the car to its designated location on time, so the next Greenwheels driver can leave as planned.

Still returning the car after your booked end time? Then we'll charge additional costs.
