Booking a Greenwheels car is quick and easy. Already have a Greenwheels account? Then you can book a car in the app or via the website. Choose a car, set your times and you’re ready to hit the road!
In the app
Log in to the Greenwheels app and tap ‘Search all cars’.
Choose the car you want on the map. You can also search for a specific location. Green dots show available cars. Grey dots show cars that are already in use.
Tap the green bar with the times and enter your desired start and end time.
Tap ‘Continue’ and then ‘Book this car’.
You’ll see a confirmation of your booking in the app. You’ll also receive a confirmation by email and text message.
Via the website
Log in via the website and click ‘Book’ at the top.
Choose the car you want on the map. You can also search for a specific location. Green dots show available cars. Grey dots show cars that are already in use.
Enter your desired start and end time in the top right and click ‘Set times’.
Click ‘Confirm booking’ at the bottom right.
You’ll see a confirmation of your booking on screen. You’ll also receive a confirmation by email and text message.
