How to report a dirty car in the app:
Start your trip and first check the car for any existing damage.
Done? You’ll see your active booking on screen. Scroll down to ‘Report an issue’ and select ‘Dirt’.
Answer the questions and add a photo to submit your report.
We’ll make sure the car gets cleaned, and the previous driver will be notified. Greenwheels drivers who leave a car in poor condition will be charged cleaning costs.
That way, everyone can enjoy a fresh and clean car!
