Do you see a Greenwheels car parked somewhere it really shouldn’t be? For example on a disabled parking space or a driveway? Please call our customer service at (+31) 010 7933 970. That way we can act quickly. You can also send an email to [email protected]. Please note that response times may be a little longer.
Is the car parked in a regular parking space without a Greenwheels sign? Then there is usually nothing to worry about. The designated Greenwheels parking spot was likely occupied at the time the car was returned. In that case, the driver is allowed to park elsewhere within the permit area. The next Greenwheels user will return the car to its designated spot.
