The car is not charging. What should I do?

In most cases, you can fix this yourself.

Run through these steps:

  • Make sure the car is in P (park).

  • Is the car unlocked? Make sure you unlock the car (with the key or via the app) before connecting the charging cable.

  • First connect the cable to the car, then to the charging point.

  • Scan the charging card once the cable is properly connected.

Still not working? Then there may be an issue with the charging point or the charging card. In that case, please call our customer service at (+31) 010 7933 970.
