No worries! It’s usually something small that’s easy to fix!
Run through these checks:
Is the engine switched off?
Is the key placed correctly in the key holder in the glove compartment?
Is the fuel card or charging card placed in the holder in the glove compartment?
Are all doors properly closed?
Are you outside the car?
Is Bluetooth working on your phone? For locking our keyless cars, Bluetooth is required.
If you’ve answered “yes” to all of the above, open the app. Tap ‘End your trip’ to lock the car. Wait a moment and check if the doors are locked. Confirm by tapping 'End your trip' once more.
