The designated parking location with a charging point is occupied. What should I do?

Has another vehicle taken the Greenwheels location? That shouldn't happen!

Here’s how to end your trip regardless:

  1. Use GRID to find a parking space with a charging point as close as possible to the car’s designated location.

  2. Connect the car to the charging point.

  3. Let us know in the app that the designated location was occupied: go to ‘Report an issue’ and select ‘Designated location is occupied’. Follow the steps and submit your report.

That way, the car is parked properly and the next driver knows exactly where to find it. All sorted!
