Claiming receipts in the app works like this:
Go to your account by clicking the icon with your initial in the top right corner.
Tap ‘Customer support’.
Select ‘Upload your document here’.
Upload a photo of your receipt or invoice.
We’ll process your claim and settle it on your invoice.
Prefer to use the website? Go to your Account details and choose on ‘Customer support’. Here, you can upload a photo of your receipt.
Do you have a Business account? Then use our claim form.
