In the Netherlands, you can simply use the Greenwheels charging card. This allows you to charge the car at no extra cost.
Our charging card doesn’t work abroad. In that case, you’ll need to pay for charging yourself using your own charging card, debit card or credit card. You can then claim these costs with us. You’ll need a receipt or invoice.
Claiming in the app works like this:
Go to your account by clicking the icon with your initial in the top right corner.
Tap ‘Customer support’.
Select ‘Upload your document here’.
Upload a photo of your receipt or invoice.
We’ll process your claim and settle it on your invoice.
