Our customer service will give you a damage reference number ('schadenummer'). Make note of it.
Take several photos of the situation: the car and (if applicable) the object. Make sure the licence plate is visible.
Our customer service will send you an online damage form. Fill out the damage form and send it to the e-mail address provided by customer service. In your e-mail, include the damage referance number ('Schadenummer').

Is it theft or break-in damage? Report it to the police via www.politie.nl.

If another road user is involved.
