At the start of your trip, you’ll always complete a required damage check. Is the damage smaller than a bank card? Then you don’t need to report it.
Do you see more significant damage? You can easily report it in the app:

The orange dots indicate existing damage.
Do you see damage that isn’t marked with an orange dot? Select ‘Report new damage’, indicate the location of the damage and follow the steps in the app.
