Where can I report a lost item?

Found something in the car? You might just make someone’s day! Report it in the app, and we’ll help reunite the item with its owner.

How to report it in the app:

  • Start your trip and first check the car for any existing damage.

  • Done? You’ll see your active booking on screen. Scroll down to ‘Report an issue’ and select ‘Lost item’.

  • Answer the questions and submit your report.

  • Place the item in the glove compartment or the boot, so it’s safely out of sight.

Once you’ve submitted your report, we’ll take it from there and track down the owner!
